The Collegian adds new tenants in downtown Ann Arbor, nearly full
Concentrate, 6/25/2008
Think of it as a game of musical office chairs. Only with prime downtown real estate.
The Collegian
office building in downtown Ann Arbor is nearly filled and ready to do business. Most of its 30,000 square feet of Class A office space spread over five floors is now occupied by the University of Michigan Davidson School of Business (third floor) and TIAA CREFF (fourth and fifth). Only 1,800 square feet of space is still available for lease.
Douglas J Aveda
occupies the first two floors.
Ann Arbor-based software company
A3I
owned and occupied the structure at 333 Maynard St., adjacent to
Nickels Arcade
, until last year. Now it is leasing space in the
Vinology
building on Main Street.
The five-story structure was built in 2002. Before that the lot housed a McDonald’s franchise. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your view) it had been vacant for number of years before The Collegian came around. There is now approval to build another three floors of office space on top of the building, however, there are no immediate plans to do so.
For information on leasing space there, contact Nick Rutan at nrutan@blueadvisors.com or (734) 662-3022.
