Concentrate is on summer break




 
For us, the Fourth of July signals the official beginning of summer. Concentrate will be taking two weeks off to rest, recuperate, and grill stuff. Enjoy our country's star spangled celebrations and check out our Independence cocktail recipe.
Dear Concentrate Readers,

Summer may officially start in June but the Fourth of July feels like the beginning.

To wit... the writers, editors, photographers, programmers, support staff, and office massage therapists (we wish!) at Concentrate will be taking two well-deserved weeks of rest, recuperate, and honor the things that make our country great. 

We hope you too will enjoy this coming 4th of July with family, friends, and neighbors.

Stars and Stripes Cocktail

1/4 oz. Absinthe
1 oz. Blueberry Vodka
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
Splash of Lemon Juice
Drizzle of Raspberry Liqueur
Ginger beer
Fresh Blueberries

Muddle fresh blueberries and add syrup, Absinthe, juice and vodka. Add ice and shake and pour into highball glass. Drizzle Liqueur and top with Ginger Beer. Garnish with one sugar cube.
