The Web Developer UI/UX will work as part of a team responsible for designing and developing microsites, websites, interactive features and applications for enterprise-level clients. The person in this role will gather requirements and assets; designs and prototypes; and be responsible for development of code, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript on various platforms like PHP, Java and Ruby on Rails.

Description:
Process Accounts Payable transactions through incoming invoices, purchase orders, expense reports and interact with various professionals within the company among other functions in the accounting environment. What you'll be doing... • Log, date stamp and distribute all incoming departmental mail such as invoices, check requests and expense reports. • Review documentation for proper authorization and follow up on exceptions before proceeding with processing. • Match all items ordered through the purchasing department to the specific purchase order and verify the price and quantity received. • Enter invoices and other payables on the Oracle Accounts Payable System and schedule payment. • Separate printed checks between internal and external and prepare for mailing. Review for correct address and signatures and attach enclosures as required. • File entered documents in A/P files and maintain the files in an orderly fashion. • Work with various professionals inside the company to complete the above and resolve any discrepancies in price, quantity or payment terms as required. • Understand the relationship between Accounts Payable and the general ledger. This includes working directly with Financial Analysts to resolve budget center queries and calculating a monthly accrual of outstanding liabilities if needed. • Work with vendors to resolve any payment issues, usually through phone, fax or e-mail communications. • Assist in managing and reviewing various AP programs such as procurement card, travel credit card and travel reimbursement. • Maintain various spreadsheets as requested by A/P manager to track and record specific issues. • Other related duties as assigned by management.
