Description:This is an entry-level position focused on supporting existing MyBuys customers in a technical role. Responsibilities include: • Provide first-level client and partner support via phone and email • Resolve questions and problems directly through individual efforts or by collaborating with other teams.• Support of clients including monitoring of data feeds and website integration. •Manage, prioritize, and execute on requests from internal and client IT teams via phone, email and web conferencing.
Requirements:BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology •1-2 years of technical or client facing experience. • Solid understanding of web technologies • Strong technical problem-solving skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Extremely detail oriented and able to prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced environment • Experience with data base, Unix shell, and Java application architecture desired.
