I'm living my dream! I help high tech companies with PR and media relations -- everything from key messaging to developing stories to pitching media and then prepping clients for great interviews. I also get to work a lot with social and new media for these clients, and that keeps me on my toes; learning how to best leverage emerging communications opportunities is exciting, especially when it leads directly to increased visibility and brand recognition for my clients.
At Joust Strength + Fitness, I'm fortunate to work with a co-owner, Melissa Gerharter, and a team of people who are passionate about helping people get fit. Not only do I co-run the business, I also instruct CrossFit, boot camp, kettlebell and group cycling classes for people of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds and ages. It's amazing to watch someone achieve what they didn't think was possible or reach a new milestone in their quest for personal fitness.
