Since moving to Ann Arbor in 2000, SRT Solutions has done more than just develop innovative software for its clients, they've dedicated themselves to nurturing a cooperative high tech community in their hometown.

Co-founders Diane Marsh and Bill Wagner recognize that a sense of community is important to the software industry and so they've created a third space for the local computer community. Along with their every other week "lightning talks" they open their offices to host meetings for the Ann Arbor Computer Society, Ann Arbor.Net and the Michigan Python User Group. They also share the ideas and opinions of their nationally-recognized thought leaders to promote cutting edge techniques and insights.

SRT is also a sponsors and co-organizer for CODEMASH, an annual sofware developer's conference that is attracting big name sponsors and attendees.

Which is all a pretty terrific way for this growing software company to network with its peers and cultivate the kind of talent they need to expand.

SRT helps companies who need to develop business-critical software projects but lack the in-house resources to get it done. This business strategy has lead the duo to grow their company to 18 employees over the last decade.
