Ann Arbor’s fuel-efficient vehicle fleet wins Clean Cities award
Ann Arbor is not only saving money on gas but winning awards for it, too.The city tied for first for a Clean Cities Coalition award as the 2008 Michigan Clean City of the Year. What made A2 stand out this year is its Green Fleets Program, which found ways to make the city’s vehicles an average of 15 per cent more fuel efficient.
