People are starting to move into the Ashley Terrace as work finishes up on downtown Ann Arbor’s newest high-rise. The 11-story structure features residential, retail and office space.

New residents are moving on up …and into one of the downtown Ann Arbor‘s marquee developments.

Work on the Ashley Terrace condos –at Ashley and Huron streets– are complete enough to allow some new owners to move into the building’s 94 units. The developer, Joseph Freed & Associates, is also close to signing two tenants for most of the building’s 15,000 square feet of office space.

The Flagstar Bank branch on the ground floor will open in early summer. About 5,000 square feet of retail space is still available for lease.

The building has 128 parking spots in its basement below 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. Office space occupies  the second floor and condos fill the remaining floors.
