Ypsilanti’s ETCS looks to pair local talent with jobs at job fair
For years Washtenaw County’s Employment Training and Community Services has been all about connecting employers with future employees, and vice versa.Now the Ypsilanti-based agency is reaching out beyond the county’s borders, taking part in the 2009 Livingston Regional Job Fair in Howell on April 22.
