Does Ohio’s Kent suffer from Ann Arbor envy?

Confirming what U-M fans already knew, another city in Ohio wishes it were more like Ann Arbor.Excerpt:KENT, Ohio — Folks constantly voice Ann Arbor aspirations around here. They admire the Michigan town’s nimble and relatively exuberant economy and its high placing in so many lists of the nation’s most livable cities.
