Built in the early 1950s, the Palmer House has been referred to as the “Michelangelo” of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Usonian style homes. A residential masterpieces, it’s a 2000 sq ft residence with no 90 degree corners.
One of Wright’s last residential projects, rumor has it the celebrated architect not only figured out the Plamer’s wealth then overspent the budget they gave to him but also, during an overnight stay, rearranged the furniture in the great room in the middle of the night (including the grand piano).
