NovoDynamics expands staff as it releases new products

NovoDynamics has a new home in downtown Ann Arbor to accommodate all of the software firm's growth. The 15-year-old company took over the top floor of the City Center Building, 220 E Huron St, earlier this year. It gutted the space and designed its new office from scratch. That space is also the new home for NovoDynamic's recent hires, which company president & CEO David Rock describes as less than 10 hires over the last year for a total staff of just under 50 people. "We moved in specifically for growth purposes," Rock says. "This is double the size of the office we had before." NovoDynamics has made a name for itself by helping businesses digitize their paperwork and make the most of the information that is gathered. It has three products (NovoDocufier, NovoImage+ and NovoVersus) that are driving the company's growth over the last year. "As the demand for understanding digital data becomes greater there is more demand for our technology," Rock says.
